Love love love this! I’ve been eating this as substitute for chocolate. It also boosts my mood whenever I feel down (or maybe it’s just placebo effect? Haha). Will definitely order again when I finish this pack! It gives a good kick on my oatmeal / smoothie recipes. La la la

The bitterness

I wanted to try this as a possible healthy replacement to satisfy my chocolate cravings. I tried it and it was way too bitter for me and I do like dark chocolate. In a possible attempt to enjoy the product, I suggest to include it in a shake to get that dark choco and nutty taste added. To eat as a snack, I also recommend to eat the other kinds of this that has a bit of the coconut sugar as this is way too bitter for my tastes.

For Dark Chocolate Lovers

If you are a fan of dark chocolate but doesn’t want to eat that chocolate bar, this is a good choice. I was just curious about what cocoa nibs are. Now, I have found several uses for this product that I could enjoy. If you think the taste is too bitter to your liking, you can mix it to oatmeals. I usually mix this with my oatmeal and it adds texture or crunch to it. I also made a chocolate bark and I added the cocoa nib to the mix. It was good! You can add this as a mix-ins to your pancake or waffle batter, cupcake, ice cream toppings, etc.

Yummy and healthy

This is really bitter when eaten on its own but you can always think of this as the healthier option. When I cook this with my oatmeal, it makes it chocolatier and yummier! I'm really happy with this purchase, will probably buy again in the future so I can continue with this healthy living!

Guilt-free snacking at its best!

Fortunately, the coconut sugar content on this one isn't too much. I find that others overdo it so the sweetness overpowers the raw chocolate flavor. I add this to my overnight oats and love how it tastes when left to soak in almond milk. The flavor of the almond somehow is intensified.

heart healthy find!

An excellent alternative to your usual chocolate. The taste is bitter but I like it since it's proof that it is natural and raw. You can put it in your oatmeal or eat it plainly if you don't mind the bitter taste. It is also roch in antioxidants and a good source of vitamins that are heart healthy.
