This is a "must-have" product, especially for those with oily skin issues. I love the matte finish because it leaves face soft and works well under makeup, absorbing just enough to help the products you put on your face after. Si yeah.. I use this before i go. To bed and also before i out on my liquid foundation during the day.
about 2 years agoI really wanted to like this product (because I love the Dermalogica Clear Start line) but it just wasn't a good match for me. My skin felt irritated by the stinging sensation whenever I applied this product. Also, I don't see a major difference between this product and other non-mattifying moisturisers I've tried. It's safe to say I won't purchase again.
over 3 years agoI have oily skin to begin with and sometimes putting a moisturizer makes me oil up really faster. This is a very unsightly thing for me. I like using this Clear Start Oil Clearing Matte Moisturizer SPF 15 from Dermatologica because it keeps my skin moisturized without making my skin grease up.
almost 4 years agoI used this Dermatologica Clear Start Oil Clearing Matte Moisturizer SPF 15 as a primer before I put my BB cream and I like how it instantly takes away the shine on my face. It has a non-greasy formula that applies on the skin smoothly. It dries to a matte finish right after application. I like how this product kept my oil at bay all day. A little goes a long way too.
about 4 years agoWhen I first used this moisturizer, there was a 'hot' sensation that followed. I thought it was normal and thought it was quite calming. It did make my face matte, but it broke me out in return and just gave me rashes on different parts of my face. The 'hot' sensation I was feeling must have been my face telling me that this product wasn't good for me. But this would be probably be perfect for those with super oily skin because it really gives a matte finish and has SPF. The only thing I liked about this was how good it smelled - I couldn't stop putting sniffing it.
