The Etc. Superfood
A nutritional powercomplex (house is too small). Loaded, packed, bursting at the seams with proteins, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. that boost immunity, fight (and win against) infection, promote liver health and healing, etc. Just a teaspoon a day is enough. SPRINKLE on COLD morning cereal. Mixing it makes it dissolve, turns your cereal yellow, and subdues the lesser flavors in your bowl. (A little off-putting. Hence, sprinkle only.) Also, heat causes bee pollen to ferment (oh so rapidly) and to become bitter or sour or both. (Thus, refrigerate.) The taste? Sans fermentation which renders it fit as pet food, there's a hint of sweetness that you can be at peace with, to say the least. Do I like it? Am halfway my second pouch.
