As with most protein bars/cookies, this has a strange dense texture that takes some getting used to. However, this is a really yummy cookie with lots of chocolate chunks. :) It's a fun thing to eat in case you don't have time for a full on meal or for your workouts. I got this while it was on sale, so it was worth it. However, the protein content isn't as high as other protein bars or a protein powder. If you're looking for a higher protein percentage, I suggest you check out other products. :)
